For many years, he has always adhered to a pragmatic work attitude, charging forward on the front line of after-sales service, and implementing the concept of "customer-centric" in every detail. During the after-sales service process, he always wears a smile, listens patiently to customers' needs, and provides high-quality services to customers with his proficient skills and professional spirit. Whether it is answering questions or handling after-sales issues, he can respond quickly, improve the customer experience, enhance customer stickiness, and win customers' trust and praise with efficient and considerate services. He is Cao Yuehua from the After-Sales Service Department of the Marketing Center.

In early November 2024, Tai'an Jiamei's equipment in Vietnam needed to be installed out of turn. Cao Yuehua worked overtime at Chengdu Shujin to shorten the installation time. He took the initiative to move from the hotel arranged by the customer to the customer's factory to live, and arrived in Vietnam in advance to start the installation. The entire process was completed with quality and quantity guaranteed on time. Relying on his exquisite technology and steady work style, Cao Yuehua achieved zero complaints and zero rework throughout 2024.

He has been rooted in the front line for many years, with business trips totaling more than 200 days throughout 2024. For work, he had no other choice but to prioritize the collective over his family, taking on an extra share of responsibility. As an overseas after-sales service staff, Cao Yuehua has worked hard silently and interpreted his loyalty and love for after-sales service work with practical actions.

Cao Yuehua has accumulated 24 years of work experience at H-FANG. This accumulated experience has gradually permeated his work and services. With his 24 years of persistence, he has proven that in this era of pursuing quick success, technical personnel who are willing to accumulate experience and focus on achieving excellence are still the most solid foundation for H-FANG's quality.
