Recently, H-FANG welcomed a client delegation from Uzbekistan, who traveled a long distance to conduct a comprehensive visit and inspection of our company. In terms of configuration, it boasts three key advantages:

Superior pressure roller performance

The yarn pressing rollers are made of fiber-reinforced plastic, which has better affinity for yarns and better protects the yarn surface. Adopting a parallel pressing method, it effectively avoids the impact of the roller’s own weight, ensuring a more rounded yarn surface on the warp beam. Meanwhile, the pressure of the yarn pressing rollers is controlled by a proportional valve, with higher pressure applied internally and lower pressure externally.

Enhanced stability and safety

The equipment is equipped with two constant damping devices, which reduce warp beam quality issues and safety hazards caused by pressure roller vibration. This design makes the equipment safer, more stable, quieter, and more efficient.

Reliable braking system

It adopts a pneumatic-hydraulic integrated braking device, featuring fast response. When the speed is 500m/min, the braking distance is controlled within 3 meters, improving the efficiency of yarn breakage handling.

In addition to visiting the production processes of direct warping machines and section warping machines in the workshop, we also took the clients to the on-site locations of our existing customers. This allowed the delegation to gain a more vivid understanding of the operation status of the HFGA128H automatic warping machines and the feedback from end-users.
