Li Junjie joined H-FANG in early 2023 as an ordinary hardware technician. In this seemingly unremarkable role, he relied on his wisdom and hard work to successfully transition to a software engineer in 2024. Driving the development of multiple informatization projects, he has gradually grown into a key force in the company’s informatization operation and maintenance.

The IT Department where Li Junjie works shoulders the critical responsibility of maintaining the company’s informatization systems and providing technical support. He takes the initiative to mentor new employees, helping junior IT technicians quickly master hardware operation and maintenance tasks, and effectively improving the response rate for technical support needs across all departments of the company. During the renovation project of the vehicle recognition barrier gate at the factory entrance, he proactively stepped up to address issues including extended construction periods, unprofessional construction teams, and adjustments to the positions of recognition cameras. He swiftly optimized supplier management and revised the construction plan, ultimately ensuring the project was successfully delivered and put into use. He also summarized valuable lessons learned, including supplier management guidelines and key points for contract reviews, providing a practical reference for the implementation of future weak current projects. In the process of replacing network security equipment, he courageously tackled unexpected problems such as the failure to import configurations from the original firewall and missing configuration files. Despite the tight construction schedule, he worked overtime to complete the equipment upgrade without disrupting the normal office network environment the next day. Li Junjie has proven through his consistent actions that even in an ordinary position, one can shine brightly with sincere dedication.
