On August 7, 2017, Zhu Lifeng joined the Assembly Workshop of H-FANG and is now a member of the Electrical Team. "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step; a river is formed by the confluence of countless small streams." Even in an ordinary position, he has always held himself to high standards, taking it as his responsibility to "execute every task with meticulous precision, dedication, and full commitment". He has honed "extraordinary skills" and achieved "extraordinariness" in his ordinary role.

In his daily work, he is diligent and pragmatic, always maintaining an attitude of self-reflection and improvement. He takes every task seriously, continuously learns new knowledge and masters new skills, and always responds quickly and takes immediate action. From January to March 2024, Zhu Lifeng participated in the on-site electrical installation and commissioning of the new automatic yarn feeding product for Tianjin customer. Having only been familiar with internal installation wiring previously, he learned external wiring and commissioning, integrating new knowledge as he learned. Now, he has a complete grasp of the entire automatic yarn feeding system and a deeper understanding of mechanical automation. From November to December, he independently completed the renovation of 4 old ball warping machines at Guangzhou. Despite encountering numerous difficulties during this period, he overcame them all and completed the task on schedule.

He emphasizes methods and skills, excels at coordination, and approaches all work tasks with a positive attitude. No matter what challenges he faces, he unhesitatingly follows the instructions of his superiors. When receiving equipment orders from customers with urgent and short delivery deadlines, he collaborates closely with colleagues to ensure delivery on time while maintaining quality, meeting customers’ needs. When dealing with equipment with cumbersome operations, he constantly explores and looks for more reasonable and effective methods. When he deems a method feasible, he submits it to the relevant departments as a rationalization proposal, continuously optimizing operating methods while ensuring equipment quality.

From joining the company in 2017 to the present, every step has witnessed his growth and dedication. He has interpreted his love for work through practical actions and earnestly practiced H-FANG’s core values of "Growth, Responsibility, Cooperation, Innovation", devoting himself to every task and quietly working hard in his ordinary position. He has no grandiose words, but a persistent and hardworking heart. It is believed that in the future, many frontline colleagues will be inspired by employees like Zhu Lifeng, using their sense of responsibility and dedication to help the company forge ahead on its new journey.
