H-FANG Role Models —— Sheng Qianjuan

The tide of the times rolls forward relentlessly. Some stand boldly at its forefront, while others willingly dedicate themselves silently in ordinary positions, interpreting responsibility and commitment through quiet perseverance. Sheng Qianjuan joined H-FANG in 2011 as a member of the apron cutting team, a resilient rose blooming on the production frontline. She never indulges in self-admiration, always forging ahead step by step to fulfill the mission of H-FANG people, composing a touching anthem with dedication and devotion.

She deeply understands the importance of professional learning and accumulation. She actively organizes team training, conducting monthly mutual training in strict accordance with work instructions to enhance professional operational knowledge and achieve multi-skill development for all team members. Meanwhile, she carries out rigorous training based on the company's safety production system to improve safety awareness among all staff. By enhancing personal quality and eliminating irregular operations, the cutting workshop has achieved zero work-related accidents annually.

Individual strength is limited, but team strength can be infinite. She has always guided colleagues around her to cooperate closely, divide work reasonably and make common progress with a spirit of unity and forging ahead. In 2024, the cutting team had only 7 members. Despite insufficient staffing, all members actively cooperated to complete various orders and temporary rush orders with guaranteed quality and quantity. By the end of November 2024, with the full efforts of the 7-member team, production efficiency had increased by 6.34%.

She actively responded to the company's call for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. On the premise of strictly complying with production requirements and quality standards, she reduced waste of various materials and energy consumption. The cutting team was adjusted from two shifts to a single day shift system. They promptly turned off mechanical power during breaks and meals, resolutely avoided leaving lights on when unoccupied, and reduced equipment standby time. Even after adding two 6-kilowatt ovens in June 2024, the unit electricity consumption of products still decreased by 3.94%. After the shift adjustment, the entire team maintained continuous operation of the steam ovens, greatly saving steam consumption. In 2024, the unit steam consumption of products decreased by 19.81%.

In daily work, she attaches great importance to the 5S management of the workshop. She standardizes the cleaning and rectification of workshop signs and marked items, which not only saves time and improves work efficiency but also enhances the risk prevention awareness of the entire team. With the cooperation of all team members and the recognition of leaders, the workshop was rated as an Excellent 5S Workshop and commended.
