H-FANG's Customer Lutai Textile

Lutai Textile Co., Ltd. is currently a global manufacturer of high-end yarn-dyed fabrics and a producer of shirts for international first-tier brands. It boasts a complete industrial chain covering cotton breeding and cultivation, spinning, dyeing and finishing, garment production, and brand marketing. The collaboration between H-FANG and Lutai began in 2006. At that time, Lutai Group had 20,000 Suessen compact spinning spindles and 60,000 sets Rieter spindles. The high-end non-iron shirts produced by Lutai have strict requirements on yarn strength and hairiness. However, imported compact spinning equipment had issues such as high prices, long delivery times, and high operation and maintenance costs, which could not meet Lutai’s demand for high-quality yarn.

Back then, H-FANG compact spinning devices had already earned a solid reputation in China’s high-count yarn sector.
